I really like the weight of this fabric and I would have given it five stars if only the color on the screen was closer to the color i received. It looks much lighter online than it is actually. I have not actually sewn up the complete doll as yet so I will get back on later and let you know how it sews.
20150110…UPDATE FROM INITIAL REVIEW: Now since I got this mid December and was very busy with other crafts and things I did something that I have never done before and will never do again! I always double check the size of anything I order to be sure first that I got what I paid for and second to see the amount of shrinkage if any. I just laid out my supposed one yard piece of knit and it is no where near one yard. It is cut so crooked on both ends that I only end up with a piece of knit that is 58″ wide and 33′ long. I have taken two pictures that show this clearly. ( I had cut out a small rectangle on the one end 5×4 so I did that) I am writing to the company to see if and how they will make good on this. I really do hope that they do make good since I have a list of supplies that I would like to order in the future but not sure now. I will let you know how they respond. Thanks.
20150126….Update from second review: Ok I have changed my review from a one star to four….The fabric is a perfect weight for waldorf dolls and when I wrote and told them my order was cut totally wrong they responded within 24 hours saying they were sorry for the error and they would send me an additional piece of fabric to make up the shortage from the initial order. And they kept their word, I got an additional cutting that more than makes up for the shortage. Since I am making waldorf dolls it does not require for a whole large piece to be cut so it worked ok for them to send me the extra piece.

I spent several months trying not to buy this. But nothing else was really working. I live out of the USA so I had to pay more shipping and I had to pay duties (!). And it was STILL worth it, and I am planning to buy more.

Weight is perfect, but color is actually much darker than it appears online.,
