   The package was smaller than I was expecting, but it is really not a big deal, I don’t know why I thought it would be bigger. It is about the length of my hand. There are 100 eyes AND 100 backs (I counted). That was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting 50 eyes and 50 backs for a total of 100 pieces, but no, there are 100 eyes. 🙂 As for quality, they are a little on the cheap side with some extra plastic bits still attached, I assume from the actual processing to create them. I can pinch them off easily enough, and it doesn’t bother me. The backs are actually quite sturdy. They are somewhat flexible, but not in a ‘cheap’ way. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. Be warned it does come from China, so S&H can be about 1 month.

   The eyes were fine but disappointed by the fasteners. They looked cheap and I’m not sure they will safely fasten….I will hesitate to use them for small children.

   I got carried away in the moment & wished I read previous reviews. Yes, you get quantity, but the quality can be much better. They lack a luster in the eyes. Dull shine.
   I’m new to amigurumi, and so I am not up the sources for quality products.
   These are OK if $$ is a concern, but if you want twinkling in the eyes, shop elsewhere.
