I will have to say for the first time I’m disappointed with an order placed with you! I feel the product was over priced for what was in it and that there was no plastic box for the beads and not very many of those either

Ordered this product because of its variety of tools and beads. The pliers are nice – heavy, good quality, and cut the wire nicely. The beads are not great. I figured they’d be a lesser quality than say, buying from a bead store, but some of them are very cloudy – not something I would use to sell the end product. The manual I thought would be helpful as I’m fairly new and don’t know how to do every sort of knot, etc. But, I wasn’t expecting sentences to be missing words. For example, on page 14 “…to avoid the difficulty of this we will use a very small” and it ends there. A small what? Hmmm. I don’t know. I don’t think I would buy this set again. I haven’t used any of the wire yet, hopefully it’s of good quality.
