Manabe (Hawaii United States) – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) The dolls are really cute. I must say I was a bit disappointed. Very nice box, and when you open it, you have a pack of paper/hair to make the dolls and black and white folded instructions. I was expecting a nice little color booklet for the instructions (for future reference & use). The box certainly is over rated to the actual contents. I think I paid more for the box than the contents. The amount of papers you get to make these dolls are definitely not worth what you pay for this kit. I can buy a 20 or 25 pack of origami paper at Walmart for $5-$6. Overall this kit is okay. Smith (Nevada) – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) These dolls aren’t for someone who is in a hurry. I made 30 dolls for our school project. They turned out very elegant. There is some glueing involved and one of my packages was missing some of the doll hair. In my opinion, there isn’t enough doll hair anyway. The colors of origami paper are very pretty and varied. The instructions are lacking a bit but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out what was needed. I guess you could say I had to improvise. (Oshkosh, WI) – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Aitoh Kimono Doll Paper Kit (Misc.) Nice Kit. The box is overrated though, I feel like I paid more for it than the contents. It actually comes with 12 body and head templates. Paper that’s included is awesome, it feels almost like fabric. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. It would of been better it came as a small booklet. But, after you make a couple, you really don’t have to look at it too much anymore. I’m happy with my purchase, I love origami and when I saw this kit, I had to have it.
