These are definitely wooden dominoes, but 5 of the 300 were misshaped or chipped. The spaces in the template that came with the set are too small to fit any of the dominoes. The remaining 295 dominoes are reasonably fun to play with, but they are a bit lighter than traditional dominoes, so they are a bit awkward – they feel smaller than they really are.

I got these for my almost 3 year old son and they were an instant hit! I only noticed two of the dominoes had splits, which I thought was really good. They are all well colored and sturdy. It’s a great amount to have too because we always have some left over, no matter what we are building. He doesn’t use them to just build “tracks” either but I’ve seen him making patterns, building little houses, etc. I would say this is another classic, must have toy to have. We’re getting a lot of use out of them. I am very happy with this purchase.

Product arrived in a box, pieces were shrink wrapped and item was just described, includes a drawstring bag and a domino spacer guide. Considering the price point, i would say that these are good dominoes for the beginner. My 5 yr old is able to handle these tiles and make domino tracks with them. Quality wise, not all the edges are perfect, a few were slightly chipped but they still work.
The main issue i have is the dimensions. Its hard to build a domino wall with these. You need domino tiles which have a length 2X of the breadth. These are not, they are slightly off

Bad Quality Control,
