I’ve been camping for many years and the Coghlan’s non-stick two burner griddle just plain works! Many eggs, sausages, hashbrowns and pancakes have been cooked on mine over a two burner coleman liquid fuel stove and I’ve never had anything stick. The only thing that could ever be improved with this basic design would be to add a grease sink on one side or a corner for bacon grease. At times the bacon grease can get close to going overboard, so I have to periodically soak up some of the grease with paper towels while cooking bacon. Cleanup is always easy and the aluminum griddle is easy to transport. Just watch your heat and don’t get carried away with over heating one side or the other or the aluminum may warp, but I have had no signs of warping with mine. Also be sure to use plastic spatulas to protect the non-stick coating. The best part of the Cohlan griddle is that most of the ones I’ve seen say “Made in the USA” on them. Coleman’s version and some of the other off-brands are made in China, yet they are typically more money for the same basic design. I’ve seen these carried at my local Target and Fleet Farm. For the price ($15 on Amazon) you can’t go wrong with this Coghlan’s. I also have a Nordicware high-quality griddle… also non-stick, made in U.S.A. with a grease sink. Not a bad griddle, but it cost more than twice the price. I still favor the Coghlan’s griddle.

We went on a 18 day mega camping trip and this griddle, paired with a two burner propane stove, was our primary cooking tool. It was great. At first, my husband expressed some regret that I hadn’t bought a cast iron griddle. After a few days, he remarked that it was much easier to handle than cast iron because it was so light weight. It cooked evenly – maybe not to gourmet standards but certainly good enough for camping. And the non-stick surface made it very easy to clean. We expect to use it on many camping trips in the future.

|REALLY NO STICK,
We’ve camped several times with this.
Cleans easy, and yes it is a really good no stick surface. Eggs cook great on it.
Fits very well on my 2 burner stove.
