I know this is a recipe book but this author is so much FUN! I love his use of football lingo and his passion for his sport and for food. The best part about this book, honestly, is that he includes pictures of all the delicious meals. If that’s not motivating enough to start you cooking, I don’t know what is. And we’re not talking your average burger and hot-dogs. Some of these recipes are gourmet quality. There are grilled shrimp recipes, pulled pork recipes, even some delectable dessert recipes. Yummy stuff!

One of the things that often keeps people from trying out a new food is being unsure of how to prepare it. This book is full of great football recipes that are very tempting and get you in the mood for some delicious new things to serve and enjoy. It does an awesome job of pulling from multiple sources and providing an easy to read guide to this type of food. I am very thankful that this book just came on time.
