I bought this jigsaw puzzle for my mother-in-law, who is suffering from health issues and needs something to keep herself occupied and preferably mentally stimulated at the same time. It took three days to put together – a team effort between my mother-in-law and myself. The puzzle pieces fit perfectly, so you always knew when you had an incorrect piece. The colors are vibrant, and the finished image is crisp and clear despite the shadows presented by the jigsaw puzzle lines.
My mother-in-law absolutely loves the gorgeous piece, and cannot wait for me to gloss and frame it for her. The puzzle box recommends finishing puzzles with the Ravensburger Puzzle Conserver, but Mod Podge is a far better (and more economical) option – not to mention that Mod Podge comes in Matte, Antique Matte, Gloss, Super Gloss, Outdoor, and, err, Sparkle finish.

I send my 84 year old mother a puzzle twice a month from Amazon. A great way for her to keep her mind active. She likes 1000 or 1500 pieces the most and between her and my Dad they will complete this size within a week. Talked to her today and she said this “Country Cottage” puzzle has the most beautiful colors of any puzzle I’ve sent her. Another great Ravensburger puzzle. Thank you Amazon!

I enjoyed this puzzle. Ravensburger’s quality is reliable . Pieces fit nicely together. The picture is quite pleasant, however I do wish Ravensburger made more puzzles from actual photographs. I have also found I tend to like many of the 500 piece puzzle pictures but wish they were available in 1000 to 3000 pieces.

Gorgeous Puzzle,

|Very Nice Puzzle!,
The picture is quite pleasant, however I do wish Ravensburger made more puzzles from actual photographs. I have also found I tend to like many of the 500 piece puzzle pictures but wish they were available in 1000 to 3000 pieces.
