I bought these arrows for my daughter to practice with. Didn’t pay much for them but expected the nocks to all be aligned to the fletching on the arrows. I was hoping for way too much. None of the arrows were aligned, one broke when my daughter fired it and another broke when it hit the fence (can’t blame the arrow for that one, but all of the Easton arrows survived multiple impacts into the fence.
Don’t waste the money on these arrows, I’m buying my daughter some Easton 1820’s when I finish this review.

This review is from: DSS 30″ Premium Fiberglass Target Practice Arrows with Screw-In Tips (Misc.)
The nock is perpendicular to the nocking feather rather than parallel like it’s supposed to be. You can see it in the picture. I wish I had noticed that before I bought 25 of them. Re-positioning the nock is impossible because they’re so delicate. The arrows fracture upon being shot into a foam target. These arrows are total garbage, avoid them at all costs!

So far these have been excellent for a few reasons —
I think they are the least expensive ones I could find, especially for arrows with the screw-in inserts.
All of their tips were sharp, well-made and haven’t broken like other arrows I’ve ordered.
Additionally, their nocks are holding strong. Lots of other arrows I’ve ordered (that were more expensive) seem to have an issue with their nocks staying in place.
I will say this — I bought these as target arrows, not as hunting arrows. I’m not entirely sure of the weight and spine specifics of these and, as such, I wouldn’t hold them to the same standard as other arrows.
For the price, they are perfect. They are not junk like you might expect them to be for so cheap.
