I could never learn to shoot a hook. So I got this ball because I joined a amateur league with my brother. Before you can use it, you have to get it drilled for your fingers. It is holding up well to my spare throws (and a couple strikes here and there)

I bought this ball exclusively based on the photo. (I’m not a serious bowler, but all my bowling friends are getting custom balls now, so I decided to do the same.) I was expecting it to look like the photo, but it didn’t. Similar colors, yes, but not the intricate swirls and tone gradients you see in the photo, more like just blotches of color. It is more black and white than it is blue. Also, the logo is quite different than what appears in the representative photo. (Pic attached.) I never had it drilled, so I can’t speak to its performance, but I think the other reviews handle that. If you are buying this ball because you’re expecting it to look exactly like the photo, it doesn’t. But it may be a great ball, regardless. I’m returning it.
