The paper is thick and looks handmade. It consists of five groups of pages with oversewn binding, you can see the cross stitching in the photo provided. I have provided some photos for scale and reference as I was surprised at how small it was, but I was pleased when using it as it fits anywhere like a small paperback book.

I was not pleased whatsoever with this item. I mean, do you see the fattest branch in the middle? And that limp branch on the bottom right of the tree, hahhaha I laughed so hard when I saw that. All in all, it didn’t look at all like the picture from the item nor the from the other customer who posted pictures. I like hers better than mine! I want THAT ONE! There is also cracks on it (last picture)….? Idk. The pages are great. If you use a gel pen it won’t go on to the next page or behind. I got this for a girl who likes to sketch and it seems like it can also be used for drawing. I’m still not sure if I want to give it as a gift and my friend… We shall see.

A friend of mind likes to write poetry and also likes dark, Wiccan-like things, so I thought this book would be perfect for her with the soft leather cover and parchment-like pages. You could easily imagine dipping a quill in ink and committing your innermost thoughts to paper.
Whatever the content, be it the rap lyrics you’ve worked on since 1984, the inappropriate poems you’ve been squirreling away about your neighbor (you know the one), the haikus detailing your devotion to dryer lint, the autobiography you’re ghost writing for your cat, or the handy incantations you came up with to raise the dead this is the book you’ll want to contain it.
