Allen – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Lindy Fish Handling Glove (Sports) Used the glove soon after receiving – great protection from treble hooks and sharp toothed fish. Only concern is sizing. The L/XL too wide/long, S/M a bit narrow, but finger length is perfect. My son has had the L/XL for some time and his did stretch out some. Could not find a “size” guide on Amazon or the Lindy website. To help the next person – my hand circumference is 8 1/8th inches (without the thumb) and typical finger length is 3 inches. Less than that you will probably want the S/M size, greater than that definitely the L/XL. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comment Reply 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful greatest invention since sliced bread, December 9, 2014 By Tee Mike – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Lindy Fish Handling Glove (Sports) I work with fish all day, I am professional cutter and lay hands on at least 1000 pounds a day. its very important to protect your hands from fins. I head fish and bed fish with these gloves. The only thing I cant do is filet with them on. In my industry a cut or a sore hand is lost time and lost wages, I couldn’t make it without these. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comment Reply 6 of 6 people found the following review helpful Great Product, September 15, 2014 By Kris S. “Kris S” (Eau Claire, WI) – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Lindy Fish Handling Glove (Sports) This has been one of the greatest finds for my son and my husband. Last year my son had to go to the emergency room to get a barbed hook out of his finger. Earlier this spring my husband had to pull a barbed hook out of his hand while he was in his canoe. I decided I needed to find something that would protect them while taking large fish off of their hooks. This was certainly the right product. I don’t recommend this, but my son immediately took a knife and tried to cut the glove and it didn’t even phase the glove. He then grabbed several Rapalas to see if the hooks would get caught, and again, the hooks did not get caught on the glove. My husband and son have both been using the left-hand fishing glove since earlier this summer and they both have nothing but good things to say about it. They chose the left glove, because they are both right-handed. This made it easier for them to hold the fish (teeth and all) with the left hand while using pliers to remove the hooks with their right hand. Hope this helps 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comment Reply Leave a comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
