It is proving to be a useful addition to our vehicle-challenged family. I assembled it (while nicely toasted, I might add) in under an hour. It should prove no challenge for a person in a sober state. In the morning when Dad’s hangover was gone, the kids had a blast with it. Only issue I have with it is the front steering is a bit wonky, as other reviews have mentioned, and I get the feeling that it will be the first thing to break. Both kids together weigh just over 100, and it handles them pretty easily. Mom uses it for trips around our Portland neighborhood, plenty of room for trips to the grocery store, and helps us be a single-car family. Now we spend less on gas and feel morally superior to the glutters in their suv’s. Ha!
Yeah, so if you get this wagon you’ll probably enjoy it.
…time passes…
Fast forward to now – being almost June, 2011. The issues others have mentioned with the front wheels are proving to be spot on with this one also. I’ve had to visit my local hardware store and pick up additional nubs that secure the front wheels, as the originals wiggle loose after moderate to heavy use. It’s easy to fix in a few minutes, and then you’re back on the road. That has been the only issue so far; the girls love playing in it, and when it goes to the park, it’s a kid-magnet, and causes envy amongst the mothers that are there with just a Radio Flyer, that is sticky because Jr. spilled Kool-aid in it (bet you wish you had cup holders like this baby’s got!) My guess is, is that it will withstand the majority of punishment given out, and someday we’ll put it in a g-sale or use it for utility around the yard.
Correctly, the reviews about the canopy hit it, it spins. DUCT TAPE can solve all of life’s problems, ya know…and to those that have trouble steering it, well, just don’t get behind the wheel of a car, okay? My 4’10 wife lugs it and our two, rapidly enlarging children all over the place and it keeps going – no split wheels. Maybe we just got one of the keepers. Point is, we feel it works and have gotten our moneys worth for it – something that is more and more uncommon nowadays.

This wagon would be great if the front wheels didn’t buckle in! Too bad. It really is a waste of an otherwise very good product. It is supposed to be designed for two toddlers, but the weight of them causes the front wheels to buckle inward, especially when turning. The wagon still rolls and works, but drags and is annoying and also troubling to look at — especially when it’s brand new! Moreover, turning the wagon – particularly with two toddlers — requires you to drag it in the direction you want to go; the wheels do not turn easily. Look closely at the front of the wagon in the picture and you’ll see what I mean; (like other wagons) the handle is not connected to any rotating mechanism under the wagon along with the wheels, but rather it is connected directly and stiffly to the wagon itself. Along these lines, the picture with the father sitting in the wagon is misleading because it implies the wagon can handle a decent amount of weight, which, as I’ve described above, it cannot.

We bought this for our daughter for her first birthday. We travel a lot and wanted something more fun/more storage options then a stroller. it wasnt very easy to put together but i did it by myself and it took me about 2 hours. It was a big hit at her party and it was a big hit with me and my 2 kids. my son (5) can get in it with my daughter and its not hard to pull on a hard surface. We’ve taken it to the park and we took it to the zoo a few times and so far its been a great addition. The cooler that attaches to the back is a life saver, we live in tx and the low is 100 every day so drinks on ice is a great thing! I use the cooler even when we dont have the wagon with us. It would be nice to have a storage option for the umbrella but i came up with a solution that worked for me. i purchased a adhesive clip (used for brooms in closets or garage) i put that on the side of the wagon so when we’re not using the umbrella i roll it up put a rubber band around it and snap it on that clip so its out of the way. it does stick out a bit at the back but if you have the cooler on there it doesnt stick out past it. The option of turning this into a bench has been awesome, it allows us to sit and eat lunch when there isnt a spot to stop.. i even sit with the kids in it. We love all the under seat storage areas and cup holders. i always make fun and say my daughters wagon has more cup holders then my car! which is does! I cant wait to take it to a bigger theme park this summer and see how it holds up.
