I had originally rated this product low, due to the poor condition they arrived. After they contacted me … The vendor replaced the racks FREE of charge. The replacements were received in much better condition. For the $$ these are good racks & for the good ole fashioned Customer Service they get pushed to the top with 5 stars.

The wood was not sanded well prior to staining. And the staining was done very poorly, it is very dark where the stain has run, and light in other places. We will return it.

Not only did the triangle have a couple of chips in it that could have resulted in damaging the felt, the color of the triangle did not even match the diamond. The color of both products did not match my mahogany table either, so be careful if you are trying to color match.
