I bought two of these pens to address my wedding invitations (one for me, one for my fiance) and the pens were exactly what I wanted and did the job right. I doubt I’ve ever reviewed pens before but they were inexpensive, felt good in the hand, and wrote beautifully. I’d definitely recommend them.

Beginner calligrapher-filter my comments as necessary. Basically this is a better than average calligraphy marker and decent price. Pen ink fairly rich and water/smudge resistant when dry. Price is appropriate for product. Pen holds up with use and ink seems to last (haven’t ran out yet with moderate use).
Pros- ink is water resistant when dry, ink does not dry and become opaque, tip is ridged and maintains shape, prefer this over the sharpie pens (and I love most sharpie products-the ink is sharper), ink does not get on hands, tip does not leak, cap has sturdy metal clip, nice sharp letters, good for daily use, notes, & practice, fair amount of color choices-have not verified other colors of ink.
Cons-writing not as crisp as using nib, some splatter occurs depending on abount of pressure applied (gentle use is ok), 2.0 tip not optimum if needing to write in small area, & no refills that I know of.

I used this pen to touch up the addresses on my wedding invitations, originally drafted with a fancy calligraphy pen. Now I use it for practicing writing in a foreign alphabet that flows like calligraphy. The ink runs dark (a different brand looked like water colors), writes consistently, and the tip does not streak. The edge/shape is still intact and the ink hasn’t dried out after a year.
