I can say that this product helps me focus more on a daily basis and helped me with my memory as well. It has no side effects (or none, so far) and I did a little experiment. If you need something to give you short term memory boost, you can take a capsule or 2 and it will work right away. However, if you want something long term, just take them regularly for about 2 months and watch your memory and brain works better w/having to take the pills anymore. The first time were all one time casual pops for me then I decided to make it regular after a week. When I ran out of pills, I was surprised that my my mind still worked great even w/o taking them for 3 straight days…so, yeah.

I can see that my son has been more focused on his medical school rather than partying all the time. I don’t know why but this supplement maybe just a little made him grow into a bit of a mature person. His concentration on his studies has also been amazing, I can see him late at night still studying and then he never gets late for school, he also stopped being such a cry baby when studying. That’s so amazing.

There are things I thought I could never accomplish but because I was mentally strong and prepared, I was able to do it without any problems at all. This supplement has helped me in concentrating and removing anxiety in about all the things I would do. This is a great supplement that allowed me to be more practical rather than rational at times in decision making.
