I have used these broad heads for seven (7) years exclusively. I only hunt Whitetail deer. I am often tempted to try something new – I guess falling into the advertising hype – have even had the newer products in my hand and heading to check out – but never went through with the purchase. This is a very good product. To say it is the best would be unfair, because I have not used any other type or even different manufacturer. I shoot an older bow at a lower weight – only shoot 222 FPS. However, every correct shot taken has been a pass-through. The ~ 1.5″ entrance and exit wound is satisfactory. I have taken nine (9) deer with this product. The 100 grain broad head flies as true as a 100 grain field point. I have never had a blade bend or become disconnected when lodging or passing through an animal. The only complaint is I cannot sharpen the blades after use. I am sure someone out there can and does, but I never feel my sharpening skills are good enough for my ethical kill commitment. But that is my inability, not the product. So, I buy the 3 blade replacement kit. This is easily done in minutes with a simple eye glass repair straight screwdriver. The kit also comes with several replacement bands. Also, after you take an animal with this product, clean it off and keep everything in tact as a “practice” blade. Every year right before opening day I put one the of these on and take my first shot at the target. I am never disappointed. Then when I draw on an animal, I never am in fear of accuracy – and I now upon impact the animal will no go more than 40 yards based upon experience with the product. I have had a few occasions that I lost deer – but after studying each event over and over, the facts have always led to shot placement or bow malfunction as the cause. For three (3) broad heads for under $20 you cannot beat it. The nine (9) blade replacement kit can be purchased for around $15. I have taken multiple deer with the same arrow and Shockwave base – simply replace the blades and put it back in the quiver.
With all of that said, when I pull the trigger, I have confidence. End of discussion.

The NAP Shockwave broadhead is simply the best value in America today. This hard hitting machine cuts thru deer with ease. Times are tough for the average hunter. We must be careful we’re to cut dollars out of our hunting budget.Well,I’m here to advise this product to anyone who demands dropping dear in there tracks. I have been very blessed to say , most deer drop after running 50 yds or less. Why spend more if it’s not necessary. Thanks NAP for a great value.Brian M. Michigan

I was having a difficult time finding a broad head that mirrored the accuracy of my field tips this product was dead on! Already got two deer with them.
