I received this at no cost. Here are my comments.
1. This is a heavy duty tool that is 9″ long with 5 different size punch heads. They work well to punch holes in leather belts.
2. The overall quality of this tool is very good. The metal is nicely finished, and the handles have black contour grips.
3. However, this came with no directions and I have two issues:
— There is a flimsy rubber piece on the bottom of the handles to keep them together when this is not in use. It doesn’t look like it will last for long term use. But that’s a minor issue because in a worst case scenario you just leave this open.
–You can’t use this unless you have a Philips screwdriver handy. Why not? Because in order to move the wheel with the five different hole punches and select the size you want, you first have to unscrew a metal clip holding the wheel in position. After you adjust the wheel to the punch size you like, you have to screw the metal clip back in place. The screw is very tiny and easy to lose, so do this on a surface where you will be able to keep track of the screw. All in all this is a very inconvenient design.
Also when I undid the screw and lifted up the latch there was excess oil underneath. Not good quality control.
Bottom line: This works well, but I have used punches that didn’t require me to have a screwdriver on hand. I don’t like having to rely on a second tool to make the first tool work. Minus one star for poor design

This is a nice heavy-duty rotary tip hole punch that’s not just for leather, but also for other materials. For example, you can use this punch on plastic, leather, vinyl, and other materials that need something a bit heavier than a rotary sewing punch. The Ohuhu is heavy in the hand, but quite easy to control.
The punch is made of a medium carbon steel, a material that is strong and is wear-resistant. The Ohuhu is marked on one side of the wheel and has an arrow on the reverse side. This indicates which direction you turn the tubes on the spindle. Once you have the size tube you want facing the anvil, you’re ready to work.
The handle is rubberized with an inset texturized no-slip grip. The Ohuhu is held closed by a thin strip of plastic. When I squeeze the punch it pops right open. I like this particular feature because once I’m done, I can replace it and hang it in my workshop. This is an excellent leather rotary tip hole punch that can be used for many different types of crafts. The punch’s steel hole cylinders punch cleanly. You can use them to to make holes for studs, grommets, eyelets, snap fasteners, and more.

This is a heavy duty punch for making round holes. It is designed to works on leather but it can also be used on plastic. I have an old plastic badge with a damaged clip hole and I was able to punch a new hole using this punch (I had to make several overlapping holes to make the opening big enough for the clip to go through). This is a pretty handy tool!
It punched holes in my leather belt easily, although sometimes I needed to do it twice to get rid of the hanging chads. It took less hand strength than I expected. The hardest part is to line up the hole perfectly with the existing holes.
This punch comes without documentation. You can see how to use it my video. The trickiest part is the lock which needs to be released with a screwdriver to change which size punch is used.
This is a solidly built tool. The only iffy part is the plastic strap that holds the handles together. However, this is not a safety feature it just makes the arms of the tools less spread out so the punch takes a little less room when it is stored.
