This is a well made basic macrame plant holder. What I did not realize when I ordered it is that this is made of hemp and it has a slightly objectionable odor. Even with hanging it outdoors, the smell would not totally go away. It will certainly work outdoors and that is fine, but if you are planning to use it indoors, you will want to order the same holder in nylon instead of hemp. The provider has been very helpful and will replace the hanger. but save yourself some trouble and order nylon if you are planning to use this indoors.

Strong rope, secure but simple design. Can indeed hold large, heavy pots. Item is true to size — this 48″ length is best for pots larger than 10 inches. (I sort of wish I’d gotten the smaller size, but I always thing items are going to be smaller than shown.)
