I’ve enjoyed the look of this set, but I wish they were more durable. I always get compliments when friends see them. I’ve had them for about a year now and have noticed quite a bit of scratches. I ended up purchasing sets of both Brunswick and Aramith on ebay, which appear to have a better performance and durability.

I am very happy with the look of these balls. There can be inconsistencies when it comes to marbled colors, but the set I recieved look great (posted photos). Even the 8-ball is mostly black, which apparently is an issue with these marbled sets. Other colors are very bright; the 5 & 13 are almost florescent. The white-on-black number looks sharp. Adds a distinctive look to a home table. Are more expensive sets better? Probably. Would most people notice? Probably not. Perfectly suitable for home use.

If I could give these 3 1/2 stars, that would be my rating. I bought these for a gift for my husband. The reviews I read had very good things to say and the swirl is what he had wanted. So based on that, I thought it was a great deal for the set. They are very beautiful, but there are a few flaws. On a couple of the balls, the swirl pattern is very clustered together and they have already started to chip within the last few months that he’s had them. I don’t regret buying them, but I would first recommend looking into a store to see what selections they have and a guarantee of return if they chip. It is definitely not something that should happen.
