I purchased this yarn bonbon pack, as I wanted to buy something interesting and special for my niece’s birthday – she loves crafting things and I thought this would be an exciting gift for her. I have to say – she absolutely loved it – the lovely bright colours, the chic package bag, you can reuse after (she currently uses for storing most of her hand-made toys). There are so many yarn projects available on internet and detailed guides you can follow – I never knew that. As I love spending time with her, we already decorated an old Coca-Cola glass, using the lovely yellow, pink and green colours, and created a beautiful vase for mommy’s living room. We are searching for our next project now, as there is still plenty of yarn to use. So all in all quite impressed and pleased, hence 5 star rating is in place!

Since I homeschool we try to incorporate fun little art projects in when we can and one of the items we use often is yarn. I love this set because it has a variety of fun colors and it’s a nice quality that holds up well for our art project needs.
It does come in it’s own storage bag, but unfortunately my bag popped when I was pulling to ‘unzip’ it. No big deal for me though, but if you were intending the bag as storage it isn’t so durable. Luckily the yarn is great though – and not itchy!

This brightly colored acrylic yarn is great for crafts! There are 8 different colors, and the yarn is super soft and very easy to work with. My granddaughter was visiting and we made pompoms, a few cat toys, and started working on the yarn covered vase that is shown in the free e-book. The e-book doesn’t have the greatest of directions, you get a picture of a finished project and the written directions, but some of the directions are a bit vague. We just did our own thing and still had fun.
This yarn comes in a vinyl zipped bag for storage. The bag does not stay zipped closed and will pop open, so you may wish to store the yarn in a different bag or a container. I will just keep this with the rest of our craft supplies. This yarn makes nice macraméd bracelets too, and with all the different ideas you can find online, finding a few craft ideas to keep the kids busy for an afternoon should be no problem.
