This review is from: RC Toy – EpochAir RC Flying Ball, RC Drone Helicopter Ball Built-in LED Shinning Lighting for Kids, Teenagers (Toy) Customer Video Review Length:: 1:45 Mins This works rather well and it can be fun and keep you moving around trying to keep it flying. It is very simple to use, turn it on and let it go, press a button on your TV or other home remote or use the small remote included to turn it off. Take note, turning it off actually slows the motor for a second THEN turns it off. I actually caught it coming down on several occasions and the blades did not hurt. I would suggest trying to avoid them though as at full speed they’re likely to hurt a little. I noticed that if this thing has a hard hit it seems to lose the gyroscopic ability and then wants to fly sideways. I literally means sideways…the props will turn and it will try to fly horizontally till gravity carries it quickly to the ground. When this has happened I turn it off and later when I turn it back on it works fine. Guess it resets itself. The flashing ball is cool, easy to see and it is a little noisy but overall a lot of fun to toy with for sure. Sellers lists charge and run times, fairly accurate and it came with enough charge to toy with many times before needing its first recharge. Instructions are not really needed as it is about as simple a device as you can get BUT the sideways flight and turning off to reset is worth at least a note along with charge and run times. A single sheet of paper mentioning these things would be a great addition. Not everyone that ends up with this will be on Amazon to know of specifics so a little info can go a long way. It is more like a flying ball than what the name is called. The colors in the ball light up when it fly’s. It comes with a remote that can be used to turn it off. It fly’s up an down ad will fly for up to eight minutes. Fully charging the rechargeable battery takes a half hour. There is nothing that controls where it goes. When I release it from my hand, it goes close to the ceiling but does not hit it.It has Advanced LED infrared sensor hover technology and inductive suspension and collision protection. The EpochAir is the perfect RC for the person just getting into radio control. They can work their way up to the more expensive Radio Controlled aircraft. I am very happy with the EpochAir and highly recommend it. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Mine was provided to me at a discount in exchange for an honest review, and I tried to put myself in the position of someone who was given the aircraft as a gift and had never read about it on Amazon. The packaging offers really nothing in the way of instructions for it. On the Amazon page you are able to find out the basics, but if you are just getting the aircraft for yourself you really have to figure it all out by yourself. It was charged enough to begin flying out of the packaging, but I was really leery of letting it fly from my hand as I didn’t want to risk being hit by the propellers. Instead when it began to activate I lowered it to the ground and allowed it to go from there. As long as it had a flat surface it did pretty good. Overall I like it pretty good, but I wish it had more directions to let you know the best way to get the most out of it.
