this is by far the best knife my husband owns.he is an avid knife collector and well experienced user.I ordered this knife to surprise him before his next big hunting trip to Maine.he is an outdoor lover that loves to fish,hunt,camp,backpack and just hike anywhere.when I took this knife out of the package I noticed right away that this is a hefty tool that is built like a mack truck.it has a 1 1/2 in metal belt clip on the handle and also a small loop to put a lanyard through.the blade is super easy to open and there are 2 solid thumb stops.the blade end curves a little upward and has 4 decorative hole in the top to match same 4 holes in the handle.this blade is super sharp and made of titanium steel and will never rust.this would make an awesome gift for any outdoor lover or survival enthusiasts.My husband just drooled when he saw this knife.his collection just got a little bigger.I am very pleased with this purchase of the sportsman folding knife.this looks and feels so much better than shown or described.I received my knife at a reduced rate in exchange for my honest opinion and review.my evaluations are based only on products that I personally have used or seen used.

I purchased this knife for my husband who needs a really good high-quality knife. The knife he is carrying now is broken at the tip and needs a good sharpening quite frankly. When I saw this knife I thought it would be great for him. It is very substantial in both size and weight. Right from the start you can tell when you hold this knife in your hand that this knife is made to last. It is made of stainless steel but is coated in rust proof, non-glare titanium. The knife blade is just over 3.5″ and the knife in total in about 9″ in length. The handle measures a half inch in width. It also has a removable belt clip and two thumb stops for faster opening. Overall I think if you are in the market for a heavy duty, substantial, well-made knife then this one is for you. This knife is really heavy duty. In fact, it’s really heavy. It’s not the same quality as the knives you see around like this for $10-$15. It comes pretty sharp. At first it had a kind of slow/stiff assist. But, if you flick and ‘sling’ at the same time a few times, it loosens up and has a nice, smooth open. I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review, but it is correctly priced. It has some visual similarities with lower quality knives, but it’s just superficial.
