Definitely scale larger before you purchase!!!, December 10, 2014 By GrayBurford – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Tesla Men’s Thermal & Cool Compression Under Base Layer Gear Wear Long Sleeve -R (Misc.) I am 5’9″,151 pounds 29-30″ waist. I have worn medium shirts my entire life; never a single large, but occasionally a small. I ordered this in large (US Medium) and could barely put the shirt on. It was so tight it was constricting the blood flow to my arms and under my arm pits. I needed my girlfriend to help me pull it off — I couldn’t have done it without ripping some thread. Returning it now to order the same shirt in extra large… again 5’9″ 151 pounds, 29-30″ waist. The shirt feels and looks great, so I am not unhappy about that at all. Looking forward to receiving my XLs. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comments (4) Reply 8 of 8 people found the following review helpful Great Running Gear, October 11, 2014 By FDP – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Tesla Men’s Thermal & Cool Compression Under Base Layer Gear Wear Long Sleeve -R (Misc.) Tight, form fitting and stylish. I wore it a few times during long running this fall, I have no doubt that it will serve me well during the colder winter months. I did not feel noticeably hot nor cold. Wetness from sweating was not an issue. The one draw back is that the shirt is so from fitting, it does not leave much to the imagination. Modesty beware. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comment Reply 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful Shrunk even when washed per labeled instructions, March 27, 2015 By SFO Butler – Verified Purchase(What’s this?) This review is from: Tesla Men’s Thermal & Cool Compression Under Base Layer Gear Wear Long Sleeve -R (Misc.) Product functions as expected and there’s noticeable decrease/change in my body temperature. I’m a handyman kind of guy i work at an average of 9 hours/day. I have excessive sweating issues and i have to wear tactical type uniforms so i wear a regular cotton based tank top. Going 3 hours into the work day my top is basically drenched in sweat. it is so frustrating that i have to change shirts twice in a day. I took a chance and bought five of these Tesla compression shirts which I found the cheapest here on Amazon, I couldn’t care less about the other famous brands and I understand they have to keep their selling points higher than the other obscure brands due to marketing, branding etc.. But my logic here is testing the waters with the right kind of gear that can take the daily abuse and is inexpensive. **** This Tesla cooling base layer helped a LOT. not only did it disperse the sweat off my skin, it kept my shirt looking fresh as well. so anything going on under my uniform cannot be noticed on the outside. This brand claims that it keeps body temperature at a comfortable level. This statement is very TRUE and I am now a believer. ALSO, The anti body odor WORKS as described. **** — BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! (tvshopping pitch) GET A SIZE (1 size) LARGER than what you normally wear. This shirt shrunked to at least 20% of its original size even though I followed laundry instructions. My Specs for your guidance: I am 5’8″, waistline 34, no muffin/belly issues and my arms are not that muscular but Im not scrawny either. The actor J.G. Levitt in the movie “Premium Rush” might give you a visual interpretation sans the face. Good luck with shopping and I hope this review helps. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you? | Comment Reply Leave a comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
