    Very poor quality, screw holes barely match up, chalk doesn’t stay on q’s, shipping company is terrible, wood is cracked and feels like the table is going to snap…better off getting a table for 800 or 900 with free shipping

    The product arrived several hours after the scheduled delivery time with no call. After opening the box I could tell I had made a mistake. Very poor construction, felt had stains in the center of pool table and was ripped down one of the bumpers. When I called customer service for Triumph (which is what the instructions said to do), they said there was nothing they could do. On a bright note Amazon was fantastic in arranging for a pick up at no charge and helping us order the Hathaway Maverick pool table in exchange, which is a much better product.
