Overall it does protect my arm from the bow sring. It is smaller than I expected it to be, but it does the job. This is a better purchase for a child, teenager or a female.

My forearms are not large, however this comes very small even for my taste. It hold wells to the arm, however offers very little padding that if the strings were to hit your arm, that this is no better than a sweatshirt.

Dont let the picture fool you. This arm guard is much smaller than you might think. It may fit well for a child, but not a full grown adult. It does, however, provide necessary protection in the right spot. For that, it does its purpose. So even if you’re worried about it being small, it’s still usable.
