Just looking at the picture of what this puzzle would look like once I had finished it was enough to make me want to order it. I put it out on the table on Christmas Day for everybody to have the opportunity to work on it. In all, only 3 of us were willing to try. This is a very challenging puzzle for several reasons.
First – the puzzle is so large (24 x 30) that it takes up almost the entire width of my old farmhouse style kitchen table. I had to do a lot of standing up and walking around just to reach all sections of the puzzle.
Second – the motifs are exact repeats within the two borders. The outer border has four identical motifs in each corner so you never knew which pieces went with which corner. The other band of border is a different motif, which repeats endlessly around the entire inside.
All in all, this is a wonderfully challenging puzzle. This definitely requires patience. Time after time I was sure that a particular piece had been left out only to finally find what I was looking for. Many of the pieces also fit together very nicely, but proved to be the wrong piece for that spot. It took me about 5 1/2 days to finish the puzzle but I had help from two other people when it was first put out. I would have liked to just leave it up and work it at my leisure, but such is not my nature. Now it will sit out for a while so that I can admire the picture. I was working on it so intently I didn’t see the beauty of it until I was finished.

I bought this puzzle for my wife as a surprise gift because she was very much into puzzle in the past few months.
Well! This puzzle might have been beyond her league. She was too proud to give up but she was extremely frustrated by the puzzle inside the puzzle. A lot of curses!! Finally, to save our marriage, I had to join the effort. With mental support to each other, we finished it in a week.
Since there is no clear indication of which corner is which, everything is floating until the border finally joined. I discovered the only absolute reference is the flowers at the left and right edges. They are slight different.
This is the most challenging puzzle we have ever seen. Don’t test your marriage with this puzzle. It might break yours.
Yet, the outcome is very satisfying. The puzzle was glued and hanged and will be shown to our home visitors as a proud accomplishment. Everybody will be impressed by the immediately apparent difficulty of it while the marriage is still intact.

On the average, I work one puzzle per week (1,000 pc). I live in the panhandle of Florida and it has been hard finding different puzzles in this area. Therefore, I went to the internet…Amazon, of course! I found this puzzle and was immediately drawn to it by the picture itself and by the reviews. So, I must add that this is the most fun puzzle I have ever worked. I thought it was going to be extremely difficult, but it is not that hard, although it is challenging! And whoever said the pieces didn’t stay together needs to work some of the puzzles I’ve worked where the pieces really DON’T stay together. This puzzle is great. The pieces stay together very well and they fit together nicely. I absolutely love this puzzle and would highly recommend it to anyone who is a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast like me.

This almost drove me CRAZY! But it was a good kind of crazy.,
