I loved this amazing puzzle. The artwork is fantastic! This is a painting of a whole bunch of pictures and other scenes and people from the 1980’s. It’s based on a painting by Jim Mellet, and his art is amazing! It takes a ton of scenes and people from the 1980’s, and turns it into a wonderful painted collage.
The quality of the puzzle is top-notch. The pieces are very thick, and so they fit together well. In my video, you can see that I can actually pick up the entire puzzle, which is usually impossible to do with most puzzles. The backing is a nice blue color, so you can easily tell which pieces are upside down. The border is awesome. The puzzle is surrounded by a red and orange line. This makes the border really easy to put together, and it makes it very easy to identify the edge pieces.
The puzzle is challenging, but it’s also very doable. In most puzzles, there’s a huge spot of the same color that’s very boring, and this puzzle didn’t have any of this. I felt entertained and challenged throughout. It’s also a great conversation starter, because it has so many iconic people and scenes. I especially liked the Atari, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, and Mr. T.
Pros: +Challenging, yet doable +Fun events and people from the 1980’s +Excellent artwork +High quality puzzle
Cons: -Only has one picture of Mr. T
List of people, things, and events pictured: Tiananmen Square, CNN, Nelson Mandela, He-Man, Footloose, Sally Ride, Bernie Goetz, Bartles & James, The Bangles, Donkey Kong, Duran Duran, Caddyshack, Prince, Dynasty, Knots Landing, Who’s the Boss, Challenger, Christa McAuliffe, Hill Street Blues, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mt. white mountain puzzles are truly awesome, i have put together 6 of them and now proudly display them all on my bedroom walls, the 1970’s, 1980’s, history of t.v., movies, rock and roll & comedy, the collage theme to them is an interesting take on puzzles and made them fun to put together, not done collecting yet!

Great family fun especially remembering what the pictures are. That brings me to the negative to my review. The pictures aren’t that great. They look like it was a paint by numbers without much detail. I still enjoy the puzzle and the memories it brings but it could have been better quality pictures
