For the price you cannot beat these with a heavy action fishing rod. Too many tears are being shed by reviewers of these rod holders, etc. Quit yer bitchin’ you paid like $20 for TWO 360* rod holders!! They work perfectly as intended. You want perfection, pay more $!! Buy these, they hold rods.

Good for the price. Should work well. I bought an aluminum Jon boat and wanted to mount fishing rod holders. These were economical and looked good. They arrived on time and were well packaged. The parts fit stiffly together. These are not as well constructed as the two that I originally bought from another manufacturer, but they are half the price. When you want to put 6 fishing rod holders on a boat and stay within your budget, these will work. If you have a lot of funds, buy the best. Remember the acronym for “BOAT – Bring On Another Thousand.”
