There is a good variety of tools. Not a bad deal if you’re just getting started and want more variety for shaders, etc.. Worked well for the projects I’ve done so far, but I’ve only used about 5 or 7 of the tools. Sure, you can get higher quality tools, but not for the price.

This is a nice set for the price. However, I have two issues with this set. Firstly, some of the pieces are redundant– there are 5 (1/4th of the set) crescent shaped tools. You can’t tell this from the photo, which shows only a few of the stamping tools– so you don’t really know what it is you’re buying. Secondly, the textured grips along the sides are SHARP. They needed to be buffed with a wire buffer to remove the sharp burrs that snag on your skin. Before they can be used, they will need to be filed or buffed to remove these hazardous filings. I think I have a rasp that will work, but it’s a bit disappointing that this wasn’t taken care of during production. Any quality assurance process would have spotted this safety issue.

I just received my order and am thrilled! I’m new to Leather Work and have been searching for punches. These were by far the best deal. Just did a piece and they worked perfectly. I’m surprised to see that people had problems with the delivery. Mine arrived in 2 days. And it’s Labor Day Weekend! I was actually shocked to get them so soon. 100% Satisfied.
